TANZANIA NA KILIMO TEAM

As a start-up we still work with few, young experienced and passionate profession dedicating in helping farmers. But at the future we plan to increase our team while focusing much on female experts.

 

Imani Lubaba – Founder and President

Lubaba is a talented youth who dedicates himself in bringing changes in Tanzania agriculture sector and Whole Africa as well, Hi is a holder of certificate in Business administration from Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA), Diploma in General agriculture from College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANRE) and his currently pursuing Bachelor in Tourism Management at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He is an experienced blogger, social media certified expert, author, agriculture expert, entrepreneur and farmer.

Lubaba has managed to make significant contribution to the socioeconomic development in Africa, by combining both his personal skills and his academic background in bringing changes in Tanzania agriculture sector, Lubaba is also a self-taught IT expert in which through his Works Lubaba is recognized to be one among few change makers in Tanzania by being recognized by mwananchi Tanzania National Magazine of 22th September 2018. Also his different agriculture articles and books have been trusted and adopted and published by different trusted agriculture websites in Tanzania as well as Sokoine National Library (MKULIMA) for farmers and experts uses.

Robin Praise- Agriculture Expert

Praise possesses 2 years’ experience in working as an agriculture officer and he still work with Agribusiness Tanzania Company but also experienced blogger. Working with Tanzania na Kilimo as an agriculture expert, he is responsible for overseeing the products and provision of Extension services to farmers. He is responsible in providing trainings, during seminars and different farm schools that we conduct. Praise is also a holder of Diploma in General Agriculture.

 

Juvenary Charles- Forestry and IT Expert

Juvenary possess five years combined experience in forestry management, his experience includes, he is still working with government under ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources and Apart from that he is also a self-taught competent IT- expert. Working with Tanzania na Kilimo as forestry, he is responsible in providing extension support to tree farmers. As also IT expert he helps in the organization technical issues. Juvenary holds certificate in forestry

 

Jeremia Nkonya- Livestock Expert

Nkonya possess 4 years’ experience in livestock Management, his experience includes working with different companies and he is an entrepreneur owning his own agro vet. Working with Tanzania na Kilimo as an livestock expert, he is responsible for overseeing the products and provision of Extension services to livestock keepers. He is responsible in providing trainings, during seminars and different farm schools that we conduct. Nkonya is also a holder of Certificate in animal health.

 

Edmund Chingalawa- Agriculture expert and Training director

Chingalawa is a recent graduate from Sokoine University of agriculture and an entrepreneur; He is really passionate in working with youth and farmers. He possesses different skills in making different dairy products in which he likes to share with his fellow youth through working with Tanzania na kilimo. Chingalawa holds Bachelor of Science with education in Agriculture science and biology.
